Where are these shipping from?
Plush will be shipping from the US in Massachusetts!
Wait, I thought Miya lived in Australia? Are they not shipping these?
Nope! These plush are in partnership with Unicorn & Dragon Productions. I (Sydney) am handling the shipping, storefront management, and production, while Oneiir handled graphics and is helping with production. Miya handled the designs and advertising and has final approval on the samples and manufacturing!
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes! These little guys can ship anywhere in the world.
How long do preorders run?
Preorders are running for two weeks, from 7/12 - 7/26!
When will my plush arrive?
Plush should ship by the end of the year! We'll provide updates via email if anything changes.
Will I be able to change my address before shipping starts?
Yes! Please use the contact form if you need to change your address and we'll update it ASAP.
I can't buy plush now, do you think you'll restock them later?
Maybe! We don't want to guarantee anything but it's likely that we will have extra inventory afterwards. Any extras will be put on the storefront after everything has been released and/or sold at cons by myself and Miya.
Will you make a plush of [insert other character here]?
Maybe! We are not currently planning on doing any other character plush, but this might change in the future. Follow Miya's twitter for the latest updates on new product!
NOTE ON REFUND REQUESTS & LOST PACKAGES
We accept refund requests ONLY if item has not been shipped. If item is broken or missing from the package, you MUST provide an unpacking video as proof your item arrived (or did not arrive) that way. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues!
Once we have shipped your parcel, it is out of our hands. We cannot issue refunds if your package is lost by our courier and/or once package is already shipped, sorry!

We are able to issue a full refund with a $8 restocking fee per item.
